To Community:  From I-264, take the North Newtown Road exit. Cross over Virginia Beach Blvd. Turn right onto Baker Rd, Burger King is on the corner.  Turn right, into the community, onto Summit Arch.

To Leasing Office:  From I-264, take the North Newtown Road exit. Cross over Virginia Beach Blvd. Turn right into Newpointe Shopping Center. BB&T, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Burger King are in front of the shopping center.  Look for Premier Realty, suite 132 in the right corner of the center.
